Allison Otu, MBA, is the President of Embrace Today Consulting and an executive communications strategist who prepares leaders for the moments that define careers, organizations, and reputations.
 

For more than 20 years, she has partnered with CEOs, presidents, deans, physicians, attorneys, entrepreneurs, nonprofit executives, and emerging leaders to help them communicate with clarity, confidence, and authority during high-stakes presentations, media interviews, keynote speeches, executive transitions, fundraising pitches, and career-defining opportunities.

She has developed executive messaging, keynote speeches, strategic communications plans, crisis communications, and national marketing campaigns that have reached millions of stakeholders.
 

Her media experience includes collaborations with CBS Sunday Morning, ABC Primetime, the TODAY Show, Good Morning America 3, Arizona PBS, and other national news organizations. She has interviewed globally recognized leaders—including former U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer and former Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf—and has moderated conversations featuring leaders such as former U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
 

Recognized as a Phoenix Business Journal Forty Under 40 honoree, 2025 InBusiness Magazine Woman of Achievement, and Flinn-Brown Fellow, Allison has also served in executive leadership and governance roles with organizations including the Children's Museum of Phoenix, Arizona School for the Arts, Downtown Phoenix Inc., and the Phoenix Women's Commission.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Ball State University and an Executive MBA from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management.
